A fully done-for-you design plan — tailored to your space, your aesthetic, and how you actually live. You'll receive a clear visual direction, detailed floor plans, and a curated sourcing guide with everything you need to bring the space to life with confidence.

As a trade member with over a decade of industry experience, I have access to vendors, showrooms, and pricing not available to the general public — meaning better selection, exclusive pieces, and significantly greater value for your furnishing budget. Every project draws on relationships built over years of working in residential design.

Process & Deliverables

1. Initial design consultation (1–1.5 hours)

We begin with a video call to understand your space, how you use it, and the feeling you're after. We'll talk through layout, aesthetic direction, and begin building a starter mood board together to align on the vision before any sourcing begins.

2. Design deck delivery

Following our consultation, you'll receive a comprehensive design presentation — everything you need to move forward with purchasing and implementation.

• Mood board - One per space, setting the full visual direction

• Floor plan - To-scale layout with furniture placement

• 3D visualization - One photorealistic render per space

• Sourcing guide - Every piece linked, with trade and retail options

• Budget tracker - Linked spreadsheet to manage purchasing

• Design notes - Detailed guidance and styling direction

Sourcing includes a mix of new pieces and carefully selected vintage or secondhand finds — typically 2–10 items depending on availability — to add the kind of character and uniqueness that can't be bought off a shelf.

3. Design review call (45 minutes)

Once you've had time to sit with the deck, we meet to discuss feedback, explore any adjustments, and make sure the plan feels completely right before finalizing. Most revisions are resolved in this single session.

4. Final design deck

Your final, refined design plan — incorporating all agreed changes and ready to guide every purchase. This is your complete roadmap from empty room to finished space.

Additional Information

This is a virtual consulting service — all sourcing is conducted online, with product links provided for every recommended piece. Clients are responsible for placing orders and coordinating delivery. For those local to Jacksonville, FL, in-person sessions can be incorporated; see the In-Home Styling Session for details.

If additional support is needed beyond the design process — ongoing sourcing, styling guidance during installation, or continued access — additional time is available at $225/hour (subject to availability).

Custom fabrication and installation are outside the scope of this service. I'm happy to provide design guidance and incorporate custom pieces into the overall plan, but coordination of tradespeople and labor remains the client's responsibility.
